Joseph Buitrago, Executive Creative Director / President
Joseph founded XL1 Media Inc. in 2001 and serves as the Executive Creative Director and President. He is a savy entrepreneur and an acknowledged leader in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical marketing space.

Joseph has extensive managerial experience in the areas of design and marketing. Previously, he worked for a handful of small to medium sized company's working on their graphics, web development and marketing material. During this time he discovered that he could use his skills to assist companies with no in-house design or marketing department get their work done effectively and economically. Thus the birth of XL1 Media.

Joseph's educational upbringing lies within Commercial Art and Computer Graphics from the International Fine Arts College. His educational background coupled with decades of managerial and marketing experience makes him an asset to XL1 Media in offering branding solutions to a range of clientele.

Today, Joseph works on initiatives for a myriad of clientele, including Cordis, Alternecare, Simply Fit, Nutrition Direct, Fountain Of Health, Boca Bearings, FliteLine, and FN Law Group. In the past he has done work for American Nutritional, Utrition, LifeRight, Assignable Life Assets, Met-Rx, Body Alive, Online Gigs, DaVinci Systems, Keystone Point Marina and Clever Inc. He is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and day-to-day management of the agency.

 

Andrew Martineau, Creative Director / Partner
Andrew Martineau is the creative force behind XL1 Media and is the lead visionary for all branding, print, advertising, marketing, and online digital media projects. A graduate of the International Fine Arts College, Andrew holds a degree in Graphic Design, and in the past has been instrumental in advancing brands like AOL, BOSE, AARP, Oticon, Solagé, Billups Worldwide, Gulfstream Racetrack, Allied Steel Buildings and Northern Trust Bank.

In addition he has worked on marketing and creative for Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board, Mexico Tourism, City of Inglewood Waste Management, The Moorings, Miami Seaquarium, Hacienda Del Mar (Costa Rica), Tricon Development of Brevard, Inc., Honey Amber Rose Beer, Simply Fit, Tobacco Road, Jake’s, On the River, Foodbox.com, Nerdhealth, LifeRight, Telesco Associates, Modern City Entertainment, Dezer/Trump Development, Ansca Homes, Breakstone Homes, Engle Homes, Shoma Homes, GC Homes, Transeastern Homes, Turnberry Isle Resort and Spa, Elbow Beach Bermuda and Swiss Chalet among many others.

Professionally, Andrew's passion is the development of integrated brands across a wide range of mediums, and personally, his passions are painting, cooking and mentoring.
